To streamline services to our customers, Univox has developed an application with a set of features and self-services.

By accessing the application on your smartphone screen, you can issue the 2nd copy of the invoice, access your payment history, access the statement and call history, request temporary unlocking in case of debt (trust unlocking), access the package details contractor and their additional ones, change your wifi name and password, change and update your registration data (phone and email), get technical support and change your address.

Our goal is to continue bringing and implementing news for you through this application, such as tips, promotions and information about all self-services offered by Univox.
