Answers questions on sexuality from an African Christian and medical perspective
Universal Chastity Education (UCE) is a non-profit organization that is helping people live healthy lives. UCE teams have made outreaches to youth in Uganda, Burundi, and Tanzania, Africa since 2004. More than one-half million youth and married couples have made commitments to chastity through UCE programs. During UCE events many questions are asked about love, sexuality, faith, God, and preventing teen pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and STDs. These questions are answered in the UCE Manual from both the medical and Christian biblical perspectives as is consistent with African culture. The UCE Manual, authored by a team of physicians, clergy and UCE volunteers, contains the answers to the most frequently asked questions at outreaches and aims to help students strengthen their commitments to abstinence until a faithful marriage through Christ. Links to the UCE website also provide valuable resource material on UCE Clubs, building healthy marriages and brightening futures.
