- Assist service expert with SR resolution at the pre-repair and repair stage
Following permissions need to be provided for using the 'Unite - Partner App'
1. Location permission: The app uses this information to help you assign nearby service requests based on your location. This data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use. The location data is used to calculate the distance Service Experts have traveled to reach the desired location while working on the service requests.
2. Camera: This lets you take photos and videos using your device’s camera.
