UNIPRO APP

The Unipro app is the mobile version of Unipro IK, a web-based HSE and quality system. Unipro IK is adapted to businesses in almost all industries. The Unipro app's seamless connection to Unipro IK makes it easy to, among other things, register and manage deviations, carry out risk analysis, manage activities and digitally fill in your own customized checklists. You can use your phone to take photos that are automatically entered into deviations or checkpoints. When using the app, the right person will be notified directly by SMS and/or e-mail, which makes follow-up for all levels of the organization easier and safer.

Everything that is carried out using the Unipro app will be stored in Unipro IK. All the company's documents are also stored here, and the system also provides an overview of requirements in laws and regulations for the company's work in health, environment and safety. This also applies to businesses that have chosen the project and/or the FDV module, which can also prepare a secure job analysis as well as keeping hours and other types of registration.

Unipro IK has optional modules for non-conformance management, risk analysis, document processing and archiving, activity wheel/year wheel with notification to SMS and/or e-mail, personnel management, vehicle register, own website etc. Only selected modules are displayed in the Unipro app.

Unipro IK also contains a selection of manuals that enable the system to be adapted to the needs of the business, and contains most everything from a simple HSE manual to a more comprehensive quality system. These are of course available in the Unipro app and the content you want to watch is downloaded to your phone.

With the Unipro app, you have the company's HSE and quality system with you at all times.

The application requests all access permissions to files since it is mandatory to upload files that can be used in internal/external storage, applicable to several functions throughout the application. One such scenario could be uploading a document or images to support the variance added.
