Ullash is an independent OTT platform which highlights new talents and fresh faces from each and every genre. Ullash is new in this OTT industry, specially in Bengal. Going back to the past, Ullash is basically a child of SDP Ventures. SDP Ventures is a short film production house which basically focuses on making short films, music videos, audio series and web films too. Some of them will be attached to this write up. Now with the passage of time, we feel to shift to ott which will be quite different to others because in this market of competition we will try to be ourselves from all sectors.
secondly, this is the right time, as we feel to focus on youngsters or fresh talents. As we feel it is very easy to make a project with known faces but quite different to make celebrities. There was a time when we did lots of investments but we did not get satisfactory financial support to make it big more and more. We had made a film before worth 1 lakh and 25k worth but due to some issues it did not get too much support or back up as it needed to get at that time.
Ullash is going to be such a platform which will help each and every artistic person to give a perfect way to show their skills and we are confident enough to do it as we feel that we have potentials to do so. It is not only a platform to support actors and singers but also it will support musicians, voice over artists, technicians, singers, writers, content creators and so many faces from each and every genre.
