馬來西亞華昌盛立的前身為盛立農業，成立於2012年，是馬來西亞其中一間迅速崛起的肥料供應商。公司通過引進國外尖端技術與頂級原料，讓本地農民及整個農業領域邁向現代化及高效收成。

成立初期，盛立農業是一間從事肥料貿易的公司。由於公司秉持著讓農民使用好的肥料，以便擁有更豐盛的收成 – 只有本身走得更遠更前面，農民才能獲得更多。盛立農業決定於2013年在雪蘭莪州的仁嘉隆設立本身的廠房。集合加工、包裝、倉庫、物流、品質管理、以及銷售於一身，讓農民客戶享有一站式的肥料行銷服務。

2014年，盛立農業被中國華東區最大的肥料製造商 -- 中國化工百強企業的江蘇華昌化工 -- 相中，強勢加盟，成立了華昌盛立。

華昌盛立堅持以技術創新為農民不斷創造價值。公司與本地大專院校以及中國的農業大學和土地研究所皆有合作進行學術研究，再把研究成果應用於種植現場。華昌盛立的體驗式的營銷模式和科學施肥給客戶們量樹配肥。

Established in 2012, Huachang Growmax (formerly known as Grow Max Agriculture) is a dynamic local fertilizer company that rises rapidly within the industry. Our reputation is founded on the integrity of uncompromising high-quality products and commitment to excellence in services to our customers.

Huachang Growmax Agriculture was initially a fertilizer trading company. As the company upholds its mission to provide the best for the benefit of farmers, it dedicates to move forward to handle both production and sales of manufactured products. In 2013, Huachang Growmax set up its own factory (2 acres) in Jenjarom, Selangor, to integrate the entire process of processing, packaging, warehousing, logistics, quality management and sales, in order to provide one-stop marketing services to the customers. In addition, Huachang Growmax adheres to technological innovation to constantly create value for the farmers. We cooperate with local and foreign universities, as well as research centers to practically apply the result on the spot. This enables our company to meet the needs of farmers and plantations through designing customized and high-quality products. We believe that by integrating green innovations, we can bring forth the best products and farming experience to our customer.

Our professional excellence has attracted investment from the largest fertilizer manufacturer based in Eastern China -- Jiangsu Huachang Chemical Co. Ltd. -- which is also the Top 100 Enterprise in China. In 2014, we established a joint venture.
