TransFit APP
In each TransFit session the certified instructor will train you through short bursts of resistance exercises and frequent repetitions targeting each muscle group. Cardiovascular exercise, high intensity interval training, flexibility and core strengthening movements are used in each session. Research shows that this is the most effective way to burn more calories per session, both aerobically and anaerobically, while continuing to burn additional calories and decrease body fat throughout the entire day.
The TransFit team will seek to encourage and provide clients with positive, uplifting messages about their body, fitness, health and overall well being. We will seek to show the love of Christ and shift clients’ perspective to positive, healthy thoughts for a total body, mind, and spirit transformation.
