The TopHandwerk app offers everything a tradesman needs in one app: access to all addresses, send messages, manage repair orders, record measurements and organize appointments in the calendar. If the tradesman software from blue: solution software GmbH, from WEKA, is in use, the TopHandwerk app is the ideal mobile work relief. The TopHandwerk app saves valuable time - even when setting up the app: The employees stored in the software can be assigned individual rights locally. This information is then stored in a QR code that is scanned when the app is set up. The app is also individually set up and ready for immediate use.
If you then start working immediately, you will find the following modules: addresses, messages, orders, measurements and calendar.
The addresses module can be used to manage the addresses of customers, suppliers, employees, free addresses and related documents. The module is the ideal information center for preparing visits to customers, on the construction site and in final discussions. In addition, new object addresses can be created.
The Messages module is an exchange of messages between the permanently installed software and the app. This means that messages can be sent quickly and directly between the craft business and the team.
The Orders module is the mobile platform for the repair order area of
o.g. software products. Repair orders recorded in the craftsman software can be sent to the app. The fitter is informed via his smartphone as soon as there are new orders (push notification). Every fitter can process assigned repair orders or enter new orders. With online access to all master data, additional items such as articles, wages and text modules can be recorded for the order. The most important data can also be recorded offline. The fitter can sign completed orders on the smartphone and then transmit the order directly to the tradesman software.
With the dimensions module, you have the option of entering extensive dimensions with titles and items conveniently with your smartphone. This saves a lot of time and, above all, prevents calculation or transmission errors. Especially when you connect the app to a laser distance meter via Bluetooth and transfer the measured values directly to the formula fields in the measurement. Thanks to the connection between the app and the software, you can access measurements that have already been made on the construction site and that have been created in the craftsman's software. The "free measurement" enables formulas of any length to be entered for individual service items or materials. In the "room measurement" formulas can be recorded for individual rooms. As with free measurements, each room can be subdivided into areas. In the "column allowance", allowances are recorded in a structured manner according to various criteria, such as "quantity", "length", "width" or "height".
Appointments can be managed in the calendar module. Appointments can be entered in the app as well as in the tradesman software. The calendar can be updated and new appointments are made visible to the employee.
