Items will appear from different. When it reaches the centerfield of the screen swipe the item into the matching box in one of the corners. Swiping items into the wrong box will take hearts away from you. Stay away from the items like the skull and bomb that will take hearts away from you. With time the boxes will change places and items appears faster to continue to challenge you.
