Timemaster APP

The Timemaster app for employee time recording offers the possibility to record and view working hours. It is particularly suitable for employees who are frequently on the go, such as sales employees, fitters, home office employees or in-house service providers.

When employees are on the go and have no opportunity to access a PC or stamp at the Timemaster time and attendance terminal, the Timemaster app helps. Start of work and end of work or course of work can be recorded in the app on the smartphone of the respective employee. The personal data such as stamp times, summarized time balances or vacation entitlement are shown on further pages.

Prerequisite for using the app is a Timemaster WEB system in which the data of the time recording are saved and processed. This time recording system is browser-based and is usually installed on a company's own server or PC. The software contains the entire logic and functionality of a modern, digital time recording system. In order for the data from the Timemaster app to be sent to the software, the smartphone needs a cell phone connection with a VPN tunnel or a WiFi connection to the company server. If there is no network connection available, the app saves the data made until the next possible connection. As soon as this exists, the corresponding booking data will be sent or updated automatically.
