Unlike others, we don’t brag that we use the freshest, finest and locally sourced ingredients because we wouldn’t use anything less. Our veggies are locally sourced and individually selected direct from Sydney Markets. We selectively source our proteins and marinate them in-store to ensure maximum taste with no preservatives.
