Temstem

Hearing voices is very common. Some people suffer from this a lot, others don't. Temstem is intended for people who are bothered by voices and who want to be less hindered by the voices in their daily lives.

Temstem is a tool that people can use themselves to be less bothered by voices. Temstem can therefore be used everywhere, such as at home, at work, at school, at a party or on the bus. Temstem helps the user deal with the voices and thus fulfill his/her roles as, partner, family member, friend, club member, student, employee, etc. satisfactorily. In short, tamstem helps the user to participate in society again, despite the votes. Temstem does this in three ways:

1) By temporarily stopping voting
2) By trying to make the voices less lively and impressive
3) By helping the user feel stronger and more confident
