Teleassistance App, is a mobile teleassistance service launched by Call Care and the Argentine Red Cross, totally personalized that promotes the autonomy of older adults or those in a situation of dependency, both inside and outside the home.
Telecare App, combines all the advantages of telecommunications and telecare, both at home and away.
It allows older adults or those in a situation of dependency to enjoy the same services offered by traditional home telecare, as well as qualified and immediate care in case of urgent need by operators of the Argentine Red Cross immediately, both in your home as well as outside of it, thanks to your mobile device and the Telecare App.
Users of Teleassistance App have a mobile teleassistance service throughout the country, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, just by pressing a button, which will be available on their cell phone.
In addition to emergency notifications, users will be able to be in contact with the Argentine Red Cross Tele-Assistance Center through chat, support calls, and a personal and family agenda notification service, such as those related to medication , medical shifts or family events, among others.
The geolocation function offers the possibility that the Argentine Red Cross Tele-Assistance Center or the family environment authorized by the user, can know their location and facilitate help in case of emergencies.
