TCI Foundation, an autonomous body of Transport Corporation of India Limited, is one of the leading organizations in the country rendering healthcare services to the truckers and allied population. We are carrying out a project on HIV and TB for the International Labour Organization (ILO) on the job situation of truckers and helpers about HIV, TB and other health issues.

Through this initiative, we would like to ask you to answer a few questions. The purpose of conducting this exercise is to try to prevent diseases, and to enable you, your workmates and your families to access health care more easily. Your responses will be completely anonymous; no one apart from the members of our team will know who made them, and the results disclosed will be based on the answers of everyone interviewed. Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and can be discontinued at any point if you so wish.
