TaxiWeb is a taxi-hailing, job creation and business opportunity Mobile App. The App primarily aims to enhance the transport ecosystem by matching riders to suitable and available modes of transport. TaxiWeb aims to offer a transport ecosystem system that is fast, efficient, affordable and reliable.
The modes of transport may include motorcycles, tuk-tuks (three wheelers), quadricycles, cars of various sizes, busses of various sizes, trucks and specialized services such as ambulances and other emergency vehicles.
There is also a “budget” category of vehicles that accommodates older vehicles that are in good condition. These vehicles are available at a discounted rate. Some of the traditional Metered Taxi vehicles may fall into this description.
Job creation is high on the agenda, as TaxiWeb aims to place thousands of drivers with operators/partners. Coupled to this is driver education and road safety education, commencing at school level.
TaxiWeb is offering a business opportunity to those that want to either supplement their current income or want to be an operator and make this their full time occupation. TaxiWeb will facilitate in the acquisition and management of vehicles. Current shuttle services are welcome to join the platform.
In addition, TaxiWeb would like to create opportunities and jobs in the broader transport industry. This will include driving schools, car washes, filling stations, motor workshops, and tyre dealers.
