The Tabata app was programmed from the running application. The core of the app is the HIIT training units that can be freely configured and saved; as well as the timer with which other sports such as jogging, cycling or walking can be included in the training history and which shows a total monthly training time.
Once the Hiit timer stopwatch has been used and started, the app can be closed until the training is finished, the stopwatch has been stopped and saved in the history.
All names saved in the history, as well as the training times saved or stored in the Tabata training programs, can be edited later.
Individual training units or even entire months can be deleted in the history.
Listening to music and training at the same time is no problem with the timer. Different language outputs and the volume can be selected.
Planned for the future are:
- Export the history as a CSV file
- and of course the implementation and integration of your suggestions :)
