How It Works?
1. Download the application and log in to T-DOC.
2. Choose from our subscriptions or proceed as a guest user.
3. Select the service / specialty / specialist / institution.
Medical hotline and telephone emergency room
the. Click on Health Hotline / Medical Consultation
b. Use a payment or in-subscription service by clicking the Pay and Call button
c. Consultation with our colleague
Medical chat and second opinion
the. Click Medical Chat / Dissent
b. Choose your specialty as well as your doctor and ask your question.
c. Click Payment and Submit to use a payment or credit within a subscription.
d. We will notify you within 48/72 hours of the response from your doctor via email and within your own account in the form of a system message.
e. You can view your doctor's response under 'My Account' in the History menu.
Video consultation
the. From the Service page, select a specialty, examination, and physician.
From an area of expertise, choose an examination and a doctor.
From your doctor's side, choose a specialty and examination.
b. Choose a date.
c. If necessary, write a comment or upload a document (if allowed). When booking for another person, fill in the required information.
d. Confirm your date by clicking the Pay & Book button on the summary page.
Booking an appointment for outpatient care
the. From the Service page, select a specialty, examination, location, and physician.
From an area of expertise, choose an examination, location, and doctor.
From the doctor's side, choose a specialty, location, and examination.
From the Institutions page, choose a specialty, examination, and doctor.
b. Choose a date.
c. If necessary, write a comment or upload a document (if allowed). When booking for another person, fill in the required information.
d. Confirm your date by clicking the Pay & Book button on the summary page.
