SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
All of our home cooks are registered with New York State. We don’t allow items that: don’t have a bacteria/pathogen kill step, products that have been implicated in outbreaks, products considered temperature controlled for safety, or potentially hazardous foods.
