Why did I write this app?

Whenever I'm on the way to and from work, I wanted to quickly check for traffic jams on my route.
Most of the time, this occurs to me when I'm already sitting in the car and no longer have the computer in front of me. So I thought to myself write an app yourself, then you can always check it out.
