The Certificate of Rural Property Registration (CCIR) is the document issued by Incra that is indispensable for transferring, leasing, mortgaging, dismembering, sharing (divorce or inheritance) and obtaining bank financing. The data contained herein are exclusively registered, not legitimizing the right of dominion or possession.

The application can be used for both individual and legal type owners. The certificate is issued in pdf format, requiring a reader to view this type of file.

After the CCIR has been issued, a button will be displayed to copy the barcode of the generated certificate to facilitate payment via the bank. This button will only be available for documents pending payment.

The CCIR generated by the mobile application is identical to that generated through the WEB system.
