Between the tough competition in the market, every brand is rushing each other to prove their brand best. During this type of environment, we have designed an app’ Sky cables ’for complete hassle-free and stress-free work.
Here- you can add agents who will provide service to the customer in a certain area .one of the most interesting features of this is that you can add packages as per customers’ choice.
Our app is specially designed for those who are in the business of cable connections. on this app, we have created multiple options, you can check your customers who are connected or disconnected with you, as well as pending or successful payments.
• How to operate the app?
There are two options that you will see on the dashboard of the app first one is admin login and agent login.
1. Click on the admin login which is the first step,If you are not registered then you will have to create an account then you will be able to log in after registration you will get to the next page which is company registration Now you will have to sign in by using your email address. This will take you to the next interface where you will get various options according to work.
2. In the center of the app there will be an icon of ‘+ ‘, once you click on that you will see options like add agent, add area, add package, and add customers. Now you will have to add the package as the per customer’s choice and if you wish to edit the package you can select the option which looks like a pencil, therefore you can make changes to your package. Now select the option of add agent, fill in the details like name, etc. The next step is to add an area, select the agent and type the name of the area.
3. After the completion of the above-mentioned steps, go to add customers, fill in the personal info of the customer, select the agent who is available in the customer’s area, and enter the customer’s username and password. If previous payment Is pending it can be entered in old balance column. you can see the customer’s registration date on the eft hand side or dates can be changed re-registered.
4. To generate the bill select generate bill option which is next to home icon. Once you generate the bill you will able to see the list of your customers, for this you need to go on payments option, on this interface you will see name of the customer, their contact no., bill amount and previous balance as well.If you need to check the last transaction , select on history .

* Agent login
1. Click on agent log in, enter agent’s username and password and click on log in.
2. The first step will take you to the next page where you will see a lot of options like number of customers, payments and balance pay.
3. Below this you will find the series of customers’ set up box.
4. If you have a lot of customers, the search option is there to find out the customers.
