Likewise, the application calculates the energy consumption within the period of days that the user determines, as well as the daily average of kilowatts consumed in said period. If your average consumption is high, it tells you in how many days you will stop obtaining the government subsidy for exceeding the consumption limit for a given two-month period (Surplus).
It also has a simulator to estimate how much you are going to pay at the end of the two-month period or on any day of the month, considering the time of year (summer and not summer), the values of basic, low-intermediate, high-intermediate and surplus. VAT (8 or 16%) and Public Lighting Right (DAP).
The application uses monthly averages of the 2021 domestic tariff scheme, set by the Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE).
It also has a tool to calculate the number of days elapsed in a period, essential information for calculating the average daily consumption of electricity.
It does not apply to DAC rates (Domestic High Consumption).
