Simple Classroom Seating chart

The main goal of the project was to create application for the teachers of elementary or high schools. The app will provide seating chart and possibility to track student activity. Our mobile application was created to replace paper version of classroom seating chart. The paper is easy to lose or to be damaged. On the other hand teacher never forgets his/her mobile phone.

We managed to fit the most common classes sizes on the display (3x4 and 3x6 - max) it is responsible and functions on both landscape and portrait mode. With the shortcut system in classroom view every student shortcut of name is visible even from distance. Shortcuts are by default created as first 4 letters of first name, because on these type of schools its how teachers mostly call their students, but it can be customized.

Activity tracking is very simple and intuitive. Pluses and minuses even displayed in classroom view so teacher can see which students are more active and engage more activity of passive students.

Teacher can make simple note to the student. In the class view, when student has the note filled, red exclamation mark icon shines over his/her name. This reminds teacher that he needs to solve a problem with the student.
