SFR Medical

The SFR Medical app enables officers of UK Police Forces to complete consent forms for medical evidence on-the-go and rapidly create medical SFR requests using those consent forms. Users can also easily track the progress of any request made via the SFR Medical Portal or the SFR Medical app.
This app is only accessible to officers of UK Police Forces that have contracted with SFR Medical.
