**Who we are**

"Sfiziosità" is born from the passion for food and love for the mountains, for the "high lands", to offer excellent gastronomic products, exclusively of Italian origin and with natural raw materials.

"Sfiziosità" is dedicated to all those who care about their quality of life, feeding only on "good things", to all those who choose taste and authenticity with awareness.

My commitment is to select small producers, usually family-run businesses; I met special men and women who offer passion and enthusiasm in the preparation of their products, with exclusive recipes, in magical places, where experience is integrated with new technologies.

The raw materials are cultivated following the natural cycles, in uncontaminated environments located in the lower Piedmont, between the Langhe and the Monviso. Fruits and vegetables are processed within a few hours of harvesting and the artisanal and natural transformation allows us to obtain compotes that enhance the aromas and colors of the raw material to make us rediscover forgotten flavors. The ingredients used are natural, exclusively "made in Italy" and, as much as possible, at zero km. The resulting products follow the rhythms of nature for which they are limited, seasonal and subject to exhaustion.

The key words are good, artisanal, local and natural.

"Sfiziosità" has as its primary objective a great attention to the quality, taste and well-being of man respecting the earth and nature. I believe that helping to preserve our health with genuine and healthy products helps us to live better.
