For all those who have chosen the advantages of Seren, the new App that will allow you to manage your electricity and gas contracts is online.
You will only have to register using your customer code and tax code or VAT number in order to access a series of services offered by the new management system.
Easy and intuitive, for your electricity and gas supplies, you can consult your contracts, check the technical data, keep your consumption under control, enter the gas self-readings, consult the invoices in pdf format and download the analytical details if you are a residential customer.
Furthermore:
- You can pay your bills using your Credit Card (If you have activated the payment with SDD)
- You can activate notifications that will notify you of the issue of your bills, of payment deadlines and will remind you if you have not done so.
- You will also receive notifications to carry out the gas self-reading which you can easily register on the dedicated page.
The APP is designed to interact with the customer and designed to receive all the technological innovations essential to continuously improve the experience of those who use it.
