Here are some examples of service exchanges to better understand how SEOS can help you in your daily life:

You are retired and you have horses, but you are struggling to take care of the box with age. You can then offer riding lessons to a family who cannot afford to offer this activity to their children. In exchange, they will help you clean the box and take care of your horses, or if you prefer, you will let them make you another proposal and decide if this is the right one for you.

You make jewelry and works of art in a professional capacity. You can exchange this know-how throughout France for a service you want or need, such as hiring an accountant or a lawyer to help you manage your business, for example.
