1. A supervisor notices a worker demonstrating a positive safety attitude, such as identifying and resolving an electrical hazard.
2. The supervisor opens Scratchie, hits "Create Award", and selects the award category - in this case, "Electrical Protection".
3. A QR code pops up, ready for the worker to scan using their Scratchie app.
4. After scanning, the supervisor clicks "Finish Scanning", initiating a 5-second countdown.
5. The award is issued, and the winning worker can instantly transfer the award amount to their bank account.
