Say hello to SchoolSoft's new staff app!

With the new app, we focus on the needs of you as staff who are out among the children and students in the business.

Features of the app are as follows

Messages:

You can receive, reply and send new messages from the app. When you receive a new message, you will receive a push notification. You can turn off the push notification for messages in Settings.

News:

You can receive news and answer any accompanying questions. When you get a new piece of news, you get a push notification. You can turn off the news push notification in Settings.


Agenda:

Here you will find today's calendar events and booked appointments as well as your lessons if you work within a school and for attendance.

Lesson reporting:

If you click on a lesson, you will get a list of your students. With the swipe function, you can indicate that a student is absent or press the student's line to change attendance/absence reason. The reporting then takes place with a simple press of the "Report lesson" button.

Report times:

The Report times function gives you a quick overview of the presence in your pick-up & drop-off groups. You can swipe to change a child's attendance status or tap on the child's name to get more information about times and any comments from staff or guardians. You can also easily call the guardian directly from the student's view if you have a phone subscription on your device.

The app supports logins via username/password and login via SAML.
