The app helps small businesses such as restaurants, hairdressers, kiosks, gyms etc to automate sales and grow their businesses.

The app will help to maintain records of transactions and removes the need to maintain hand written records and the risks of losing those records.

It is now possible to review your sales and to see how your business performs at different times.

Loyalty:

Grow your business through loyalty programs - you can set up your business such that customers earn points on transactions and a reward when a threshold is reached.

Discounts:

Customers can pre-load their accounts and if a discount is configured earn a discount on transactions where payment is from preload. You can keep track of these balances.

Credit:

If some of your customers are not able to pay at the point of the transaction, the app allows you to register the sale as a credit.
We will take care of the reminders to your customers so you don’t get to feel uncomfortable asking for your payment. You can suspend the credit or let it run out.

As your customer pays, we update the credit automatically.

You keep track of credit levels of the customers. You also get to configure different credit products for different customers.

Periodic transactions:

If you run a subscription based service or run a service where a customer’s payment is valid for a given period of time e.g. a few hours, days, weeks or months, we have got you covered. Once the period runs out the transaction is expired .

It might seem that this must be a complicated app in terms of its usage but once you have configured your products which you will likely not do very often, the rest is straight forward.

Members only clubs e.g gyms can use it to keep track of members that have paid their monthly fees. We provide the possibility to check whether a member has paid and when their payment expires.

Basic functionality excludes operations that depend on registered customers and is a great way to get the hang of things.
