Rippel is a localized social app that facilitates democratic governance in real time.

It connects users directly with their elected leaders based on the users' postal code, and offers a variety of other features such as localized discussions, user/constituency matching and more.

Have an issue that you need to bring up? Email/Call your elected officials from the Rippel App or post directly under your leaders page on the Rippel platform. Discuss their latest works and share ideas amongst friends to lead meaningful discourse on policy.

Rippel also provides summarized versions of select legislations and bills that are in discussion in the House of Commons and other government bodies, with a goal to make it easier for our users to keep up to date with the latest developments across Canada. Each of these summaries can be directly tracked back to https://www.parl.ca/ and https://openparliament.ca/.

We understand that an open and inclusive parliament is a crucial driving force of our democracy. And a lot of its workings take place in the open. Rippel is an independent, non-governmental app that aims to make some of that information more easily accessible and actionable for all of its users.
