Rider App Provider

Anyone who owns a Vehicle, whether it is a Car, Auto, Bike, Van, etc., you have the option to
work with us Full time or Part time and the timing is fully depends on your discretion only. While
installing our App you need to provide all the necessary documents such as, License, Permit,
Registration Certificate, Police clearance, Aadhaar Card, Bank pass book, etc.
Under Manage service, you may select whether to Drive or Deliver or Sign up as a Utility
Service provider or Altogether. You need to completely adhere with the laws and regulations
you agree upon while installing our App. In Kerala only electric bikes are allowed to operate as
Taxi, other two wheelers can enroll as Courier or Delivery agents.
Whether you want to use your Auto, bike or your car decide when, where, and how long you
want to work, while keeping your flexibility. It’s up to you how you want to earn. If you are ready
to work as a delivery partner we will provide you with our T-Shirt and Delivery Bag and you need
to strictly follow the timing and cleanliness. If you are signed up as a Utility service provider you
should have experience in the similar field and before accepting any request you need to verify
the requirement, accept only if it’s possible to complete the service and upon completion you
need to upload the photos and collect payments.
The payments will be made to the providers account on weekly basis and you need to keep a
minimum balance in your wallet always.
Our app typically uses 2 GB of data per month, if you are using navigation it will decrease your
phone’s battery life.
