ReVision

ReVision provides an accurate and simple alternative to expensive line-calling systems for volleyball. Up to 8 smartphones are mounted around the field and send their in/out-calls together with a video replay to a tablet device in real-time.

Requirements:
- 1-8 smartphones with stable tripods/mounts
- 1 Tablet device
- NO internet connection is required

Note: Each in/out-call is annotated by a certainty measure indicating the reliability of the call (e.g. 95%-100% certainty does generally not require human inspection of the video replay). High-end smartphones with higher processing power will more consistently achieve a high certainty in challenging conditions. The best performance is currently reached by using the Mikasa MVA200 CEV official Champions League ball.
