Retro Simple

The primary objective of Retro Simple is to provide students with discounted rents that is more in alignment with their wage capacity so that students will be less reliant on student loans. We do this by partnering with universities who are committed to not only the education the students receive but the quality of life after it. We already know that student loans delay peoples decision to get married, can stifle entrepreneurship, can delay or detour a home purchase which is the number one wealth building tool for most middle class Americans. So every dollar matters. That is why we allow students and the landlords or host (faculty/staff of the respective university) to negotiate rent. Which will drive down cost of attendance relative to the market rental rate.
