Reforma Simples

Reforma Simples is a mobile application that allows you to obtain an estimate of the quantity and price of materials for various Construction or Renovation services. The application produces a report containing all the services informed by the user and the prices of materials consumed in each of them, as well as a final summary with the sum of the materials for the entire project. This report can be saved in the application or exported by the user, being converted into an Excel spreadsheet or PDF.

Reforma Simples uses as a reference the National Civil Construction Cost and Indices Research System (SINAPI), published by CAIXA on its website (https://www.caixa.gov.br/site/Paginas/downloads.aspx), which includes periodic price updates for each state in Brazil.
