QRH began to take shape when a group of people (hairdressers, managers with experience in the sector, computer scientists, technicians, managers, communicators...) met around an idea that was initially simple: that of providing hairdressing professionals with valuable purchasing tool that will help them in their daily work, that will help them improve the service they offer to their clients, save time, obtain better results at the end of the month...

A simple and easy-to-use purchasing tool. Effective and practical. Fast and reliable. And that it communicated its advantages clearly and concretely, getting to the point.

But also a technological, logistical and operational tool that in no case could function without a human team behind it, managing it with professionalism, and providing support and customer service with closeness and empathy (well, again, if there is one thing we pride ourselves on, it is being able to in the skin of hairdressers, of knowing how to "put ourselves in their shoes", as the English would say).

That idea, that tool is a reality today. Something that makes us feel that reaching the goal has been like returning to the origin, like closing the circle. Something that allows us to respond without hesitation and with a single answer to the triple (and eternal) question:
