2、Authorization and association: All the teachers have got the international English teaching qualification certification from TESOL and other organizations, and they have passed the global background check by Sterling.
3、Parent satisfaction: Besides periodic training, teachers will get periodic parent assessment. Only when they get 95 or higher scores can they stay.
