QIM

QIM is an application created by Mercurio Bicycles. The principal functions are inspect, evaluate, and determine the final choice about Quality Approved Specifications, applied in groups of materials from different suppliers of components for bicycles.

The principal profiles allowed to access the app are: internal QC inspectors (from suppliers), QC internal auditors (by Mercurio), and a QC Administrator (by Mercurio). These roles interact within the app through inspection plans, which include photographic evidence of inspections, and finally confirm that all materials inspected should have approved specifications, in order to decrease rejected materials from the factories, and arrange problems before the final shipment to Mercurio Bicycles.

QIM is free and is available for Android and iPhone devices.
