Proxiserve Logement Services

In the continuity of its extranet for its BtoB customers, the Proxiserve group now offers them a secure and personalized application.

The latter will enable them to find the same functionalities as those of the Proxiserve extranet: secure authentication, detailed presentation of the assets maintained (from the postal address in the name of the occupant), history of the interventions carried out (from the planning up to the detail of the realization) with visualization of the certificates filled in by the technician and photographs possibly taken during the intervention.

This application also allows authorized people to enter and follow directly from their smartphone a request for intervention on their dedicated assets, according to their contractual services.
