Main Functions
The functions will vary, depending on the technician’s role The following are some examples of management, asset data access and decision-making functions
• On-line access to the asset hierarchy and operations on assets
• Creation of Work Requests (WRs)
• Real-time creation of Work Orders (WOs)
• Creation of Work Orders (WOs) based on Preventive Maintenance rules
• Queries on WOs
• Queries on pending WOs classified by operator / asset / type of work / status
• Queries on on-going WOs classified by operator / asset / type of work / status
• Flexible filtering by date: today, until today, from today on, this week
• Favourite Assets can be defined (preselected for searches and filters)
• Direct access to a WO or an Asset with QR code/Bar code reading
• Queries on asset logs (their WOs)
• Integration via WEB SERVICES. The integration with CAPTOR is based on the SOAP standard using WEB services. The applications are integrated through a common "bus", where the data are published.
• Integration via exchange trays. The ERP and CAPTOR publish synchronised intermediate exchange data (text files or tables).

On-line labour logging:
