The POSIEDZENIA.PL application is a program created by a Polish team of specialists with a view to local government units. We guarantee 100% compliance with the new law on local government units (Journal of Laws 2018, item 130).

The application allows not only to hold registered votes (and any other type of voting) and also supports live audio-video transmission from the session, but also facilitates daily work at meetings. The most important features of our solution are:
- Support for all types of meetings in both councils and committees at each local government level,
- Support for any type of voting: public, secret, registered and non-personal,
- Creating an attendance list and calculating the quorum,
- Generating registered lists of voting by councilors and protocols for PDF files that are ready to be placed in the BIP,
- Electronic document distribution - possibility of sharing an unlimited number of documents, which generates large savings on printing costs,
- Unlimited number of positions - the application can be installed on any number of devices for both councilors and administrative employees,
- Communication center between councilors and administrative employees - from the application level you can send notifications to councilors in the form of an SMS, e-mail or voice call,
- Support for live broadcasts. Using the application, we can enable the transmission (just click one button!) And activate the function of applying subtitles to the information bar.
