This application is an application for sending letters and digital documents within the Bandung City Government. The application consists of several categories of letters such as Inbox, Outgoing Letter, and Letter Concept. Each category will display the details of each letter received by the user.

Users can perform mailing functions such as drafting letters, looking at the details of each letter, forwarding and disposing of letters, adjusting the attendance of each activity, and providing reports of activities that have been attended.

The application will display a notification message if there is an incoming letter for the application user. Users can also see the agenda of activities aimed at these users and related agencies.
