This is the Perim Imóveis Client Area application.



With this app, our customers have easy access to essential services and information, whether they are renters or property owners.



In a simple and efficient way, it is possible to access the property contracts, check the financial movement, download a duplicate of updated slips, request services and monitor the progress of requests.

The Client Area application provides the following areas:

- My properties: information about each property according to code, purpose, type and negotiated value.

- Contracts : information about all contracts

- Boleto: option to follow the tickets already issued and generate a duplicate.

- Request services: request for repair services to the property and monitor the progress of the request.

- Request for property repair services, sending photos referring to the request
