PDI APP
PDI mobile application is for Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle dealership service team. Tata Motors Dealership PDI team can do following actions in the app:
a) Refer the list of pending vehicles for PDI
b) Carries out the inspection for each Vehicle based on respective model's Pre-defined Checklist. App also allows to capture images on issues observed
c) Allows to create automatic Service Request in CRMDMS for the vehicles which are reported as issues during inspection
NB: The app is for use on tablets with specifications 7", 8" and 10"
