PauseApp will compare your time spent on social media to healthy usage time for each platform and warn you with transparent lights:

Green: Healthy Usage
Yellow: Caution
Red: Warning! Excessive Usage

PauseApp monitors per minute and restarts every 24 hours. Double tap time box for usage statistics.
