Patron Golf

The story of Patron Golf starts with its founder, Sebastian Ascanio, who just didn't enjoy playing golf alone. Sebastian was a baseball player in college but fell in love with golf during his sophomore year. He was captivated by the game's beauty and enjoyed it so much that he always wanted to play. However, he often struggled to find people to play with, and when he did, they didn't always match his skill level. This left Sebastian feeling frustrated and prevented him from playing as often as he wanted.

When Sebastian joined FSU's Seminole Legacy Golf Club during his senior year, he found himself getting paired with other golfers who didn't have friends to play with, leaving them playing alone. Sebastian put himself in their shoes and knew that something needed to change. But he was short on time because he was graduating in April 2021. Fortunately, Sebastian was accepted to pursue a Master's degree in Product Development at the Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship, and he knew what he had to do.
