HOW DOES ORUS BENEFIT YOU?

1. Ashish Kumar is a credit card holder looking to maximize his returns from his card. He comes across ORUS and downloads the app.
2. After downloading the app, he logs in and completes KYC for accepting deals and receiving payments.
3. When he opens the app, he can see all the available deals. He picks a suitable deal for himself and clicks “Proceed”.
4. After this, when he places an order for the first time, in order to ensure a seamless and secure experience, he enters his PAN card number. He only has to do this once, for the first time.
5. When this process is complete, he is taken to the platform which is offering the deal - Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Tata Cliq etc. - and proceeds to place the order. These deals mention the delivery information of the shopper on the app for whom Ashish Kumar will be making a purchase.
He completes placing the order by filling the delivery details that are mentioned on the “Deals” page of the ORUS app.
6. Once the order has been placed and delivered, we verify the delivery via an OTP and then by verifying the delivery details from the shopper’s end and the card holder’s end. (We make the process foolproof so you don’t have to worry at any step!)
7. Once we verify everything, Ashish Kumar just has to sit tight and we initiate the full reimbursement of the payment he made, and some cash reward in addition to that as well within 2-3 working days of the order’s completion.
