OPTIM is a digital tool for measuring effectiveness of visits made to Doctors by the employees . Employees from the field can plan weekly visits , mark attendance , submit their expenses and also mention the activity done with the doctor. Going forward this same tool can be used for training the employees on the products and services of the company. The application has a web and mobile interface and will be used by employees of different levels within the Organization.
