OCS Employee Self Service is an Employee Self Service application integrated with Horizon HRMS. It is developed by Frontline Information Technology.

OCS Employee Self Service helps employees to apply for leave and request documents or do any HR request.

In addition to the default features available for employees, the login access with administrator level can do more

Efficiently manage employee’s timesheet on behalf of an employee
Easily take care of employee transfer
Instantly approve or reject leave and loan requests.
Quick glimpse on the pending request and approval status
