O-Box APP
The O-Box app gives you access to the locker to which your package was delivered. In the O-Box app you will find all the data of the packages collected and packages waiting to be collected. In addition, the O-Box app will remind you when the package is ready for collection or if there are still packages waiting and not yet collected.
When you first use the O-Box locker, you will receive a message with a link to download the app. After the registration process you will have access to all the information and actions required to operate the O-Box locker.
When you arrive at the O-Box locker, turn on the Bluetooth and follow the instructions in the O-Box app until the locker door where your package is located opens.
In the app you can:
- Get information about the locker where the package is waiting
- Navigate to the locker using GPS
- Open the locker door
- Transfer to another party the right to collect the package from the locker with his phone
